To begin with, each department highlights a dedicated uniform approach that is unique in its own way. Moreover, differentiation with respect to uniforms helps the general population to easily identify the individuals belonging to a particular department. For instance, there is a necessity for police officials to wear uniforms and badges so that they can be easily recognised from a distance by any concerned individual.
This will help the general public to approach the police officer in case of any emergency or a state of trauma or burglary. Secondly, it helps the employees with maintaining standards and ensures their arrival at work in a nice and well-pressed uniform.
Nevertheless, few people are vehemently opposed to workplace uniforms because they believe it becomes a compulsion for those who cannot afford to buy the garment.
